Cancellation or change policies
Cancellations (cancellations) made 7 days before the arrival date apply a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
In case of communicating that you will not be able to attend with less than 7 days in advance it will be considered as cancellation and will have a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
Changes of dates or modifications to reservations made less than 7 days in advance are not accepted.
In case of no show (no show) 100% of the reservation will be charged.
If the room is marked as non-cancelable, non-refundable or similar, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the date you request the cancellation.
The company is not responsible or exempt from payment of penalties for medical issues, accidents, marital problems, funerals, rains, meteorites or extraterrestrial invasions.
Collection of penalties, no show and cancellations:
Initially the reservation area will try to collect the payment of the card, if it is not possible they will send a statement requesting voluntary payment.
After the expiration of the term for payment, the respective ballot or invoice will be issued and the debt will be registered at the Central Risk of Perú until its timely cancellation.
